左占宣,男,博士,副研究員。畢業于石家莊鐵道大學、哈爾濱工業大學,分別獲得學士、碩士和博士學位。主要從事建筑(群)抗震韌性評估、強地震動特征與設防及智能防災等研究。主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃政府間國際合作重點專項課題、黑龍江省自然科學基金等科研項目6項。發表論文50余篇,其中SCI檢索30余篇(以第一/通訊作者發表20余篇),獲得發明專利3項,參與出版學術專著一本,入選黑龍江省第二批高層次人才,中國土木工程學會城市工程抗災韌性分會理事,黑龍江大學兼職研究生導師。
